I have posted this grievence before but i has since been neglected the following is what was listed in the original

When i try to install the game it says that the E:\Support\European Help Files\De\webhelp.jar cannot be transfered and forces me to abort the instalation what can i do to fix it? or install it?

This hasn't been reported yet, so check your CD for scratches.

thank you for your help but i have noticed only a small hairline scratch that doesnt seem detrimental but thanks anyway.

It happens at about 64% of progress in the middle of the instalation
