I had iTunes on shuffle earlier, and these three songs played:

Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) by Green Day.

No Tomorrow by Orson.

Tomorrow's Just Another Day by Madness.

I hope it's not a sign.

"Your life was a liner I voyaged in."

^Good call on the R.E.M song, listening to it now!
No apocalyptic playlist would be complete without:

The Final Countdown by Europe.

And a slightly more upbeat song:
We Will Become Silhouettes by The Postal Service.

"Your life was a liner I voyaged in."

Binding of Isaac - Satan's Theme

If I'm going to go out, I want to go out listening to this. It's a pretty kickass theme song.

We'll meet again

An absolute classic, accompanied by an absolute - and so appropriate - classic of a movie.

The Sky is Falling by Owsley.

The End by Pearl Jam. If I had to go out to a song I think this might be it.

"Your life was a liner I voyaged in."

Spirit In The Sky - Norman Greenbaum but the audio was horrible so here's the cover version from doctors and the medics from 1986 Spirit In The Sky

Sinner Man - it's an old folk song, but I especially love this version. I don't know if it's about the end of the world or not, but it sounds like it given there is talk of the sea boiling and this guy is running around everywhere looking for some sort of relief. It's pretty confusing.

Addicted to The Sims since 2000.

The best song. I happen to like it, hence I bought it.

Don't judge me.

I'd say 1999 by Prince fits. Even though they thought the end of the world would happen in 2000 in the 80's it was still about the end of the world.

Kinda late to the party here, but I'll share my apocalypse playlist anyway:

Green Day - Ha Ha You're Dead

Matchbox Twenty - How Far We've Come

I want to get a vending machine, with fun sized candy bars, and the glass in front is a magnifying glass. You'll be mad, but it will be too late.- Mitch Hedberg
