She is really, really pretty. However, I'm confused - is her biological gender male, or female? She is labeled as other-male.

You only need to download bella3lek4's sliders and the upper lip slider hack

Looks beautiful and is very attractive, just needs to be updated since for example, her skin no longer exists. Edit 1(2/22/2014 1:33): The download for the Slider Hack and the Facial CAS sliders are also no longer avaliable.

I would also like to add to Dopenarn's comment. I really want this sim in my game however her skin is not available and the sliders. Is there any way we could get them?
