The 1st thing I said was "ew" (the grime gave me the heebies)...but it has appeal in a weird way...looking forward to renovating it =)

I love houses like these because they're not perfect and I like to make a sleazy side to all my towns with interesting sims..... I hope you make more houses like these... Oh and definitely downloading!!!!! Thanks!

A truly ugly little house. Downloading now. Youre right, I remember a house like this in Ottawa, Kansas. Nasty little house that looked as if it was about to collapse across from the city park.

I have downloaded this to try a challenge that was given on the Sims 2 side years ago. It was a fixer up challenge without using cheats (like motherlode). Will definitely use this house to try and duplicate on the Sims 3 side.
