No, just base game, and no custom or store content.
the version is 1.67.

I really like the design of this ridiculously cute house. It's something I'd love to have in real life. It's small, it's picturesque and I am in love with the exterior. It's perfect as a starter house and it is perfect as a villa you'd love to have to spend your summers in. THank you for the upload and I will take a look at your other stuff now.
