You're welcome! My Sim earned the Handy trait and later moved into a large house with lots of plumbing and electronics and I did not want to have to wait to upgrade all of that. So, here's a handy mod for Handy Sims.

I'm not sure, just make sure the .package file is extracted from the .zip archive into your Mods folder. You could check to make sure your Resource.cfg file is present and correct (if you have other mods installed and working you should be fine.)

And finally, make sure your Sim has the Handy trait, this mod only affects the "Instant Upgrade" interaction granted by the Handy trait reward, acquired after completion of the Nerd Brain aspiration. I hope this helps!

Version shouldn't matter for this mod. Do you use other mods that are working?

Should I edit the "Resource.cfg" as you mentioned to add a line "DirectoryFiles unpackedmod autoupdate"? Thanks!

This mod should only require you to drop the .package right into your mods folder.

Thank you!! Just a quick question. Does this mod need to be updated for the 10/21/14 patch?
