I'm no expert, but that looks to be more than enough for simply surfing the net and SC4.

That has a Pentium 4. It's an ANCIENT processor, and the computer must be somewhere around 6-7 years old. Technically though, even considering its age the price is right and spec wise its enough for just browsing the web.

Just open it when you get inside to check that its clean(ish) inside and none of the parts look damaged.
