So if I make a teen and have this mod installed, I don't have to send the teen to school at all? That is awesome. Now I just need a mod that will allow me as a child to live on my own, so I can start the homeless challenge as a kid.

What are their Grades? Anything other than C and they will.

I'm confused as to how this works. Like do the kids and teen still have the chance to go to school, or not at all whatsoever?

As stated in the instructions, when you start a new family, your teens and child wont have a career.
If you want them to go to school, they can if you use the promote career cheat. As long as their grades are C they don't have career at all. A grade of anything else and they go back to school as usual.

For existing teen and child witch grades are already different from the starting Grade (C) if you want them to quit, just demote they're career if they have B or A grade, or simply slack of school a few days, when grades drop to C then Bye Bye school.

If the grades are F, E, or D than work hard, make homework and extra work until you reach C grade and as result... (No more school). Or use the promote career cheat.
