Extract and place the files in

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

And make sure to check the box "include custom content" under advanced in your library

I've downloaded all the custom content and put them in my mods folder but when I placed the house its says its missing over 200 items. This isn't the first time this happened and now I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong to not get the custom content already in the house.

I was able to get this lot to show up in my game, but when I try to place it by replacing the largest empty lots I have available, it says system error and Sims 4 stops working. Does anyone know why this might be? Where is everyone else placing this huge lot?!

Although this is beautiful, when I placed it, over 700 items were removed. What custom items were used so the people who love this house can Actually us it?? Thank you for sharing, please help us all use this house to it's fullest potential!

I don't think the cc is included in the download because when I downloaded it, a lot of items were missing so I deleted it. It would be pretty sad if I'd have to download each and every cc since it's a beautiful house but very time consuming...
