I took out all the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom furnishings and the wall sconces, but added paint in the living room (over sheetrock) and... put in front and back doors (!) and left the pool and the landscaping. The cost came down to (approx.) 53800.

Nonetheless, good design, and I like all of the exterior balconies/porches.
