Thanks, this is a very attractive study center; I like having all these options on one lot. I'd like to suggest a shower in each of the ground floor rest rooms, since Sims can catch fire from accidents using the invention benches or making metal sculptures. Or does this only happen on home lots?

Thanks for this tip. I've never had an issue with this happening to a sim. Is it common? I think I've seen one get singed, but never start on fire. I'll consider editing the upload to provide a source of water just in case. Thanks again!

Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying the lot. I love this one and place it in every town I start. Always a nice place for sims on a budget to level up skills without books!
