Default using sims 2 custom content in sims 3
hello i was wondering will sims 2 custom content work in sims 3 i am getting ready to install sims 3 and was wondering if i can just transfer my download folder over thanks for the help

No, Sims 2 content has to be converted for Sims 3. There's a lot of converted stuff out there, and there are tutorials for converting objects, hairs, clothes etc., but it's generally about the same amount of work as making new CC.
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
