I like simple houses but it could have been a bit bigger and have a radio like have a table with space for like 4 people . just a idea for ya you could do like Boxxy v.1 boxxy v.2 and so on adding a little pool ,square of course with alittle white ladder and light keeping everything rather small .

You've got some nice ideas there! But in order for me to keep the house price under 16.500 I couldn't put more stuff in
