Yes, the .ara file will not open at all. All I get is a message stating: Cannot open the file. It does not tell me what is wrong though.

maybe you don't have any program that can open that file type, i'll see if i can upload it as a different file type

The file is definitely broken, I can confirm that, too. I use 7-zip to open all packs of CC for Sims without a problem. But the file of the acne mask cannot open.
