Awesome, the EXACT style and size I wanted for my main family. I've been searching hard for a good house to accompany my main family - this one just has the IT factor.

Problem - when I try to install it, it says it requires Expansion Pack data that I don't have (I'm using vanilla Sims 2+ fanmade addons.) Yet it says only Sims 2 is required. Oh, you said University is required "Uni req." (I thought you did this by request or something.)

Any chance you could make an unfurnished version for vanilla Sims 2?
