I had sent some teens from the neighborhood (they were NPC's) to the University and got them going to college. For the heck of it, I got one of them pregnant, then they got engaged. I sent the pregnant girl home to the neighborhood, and set her up in a cute little house.

I then had her call a Sim to see who she knew. She still was in love with the father of her baby, still engaged to him and he was on her list of people to call. I first just had her talk to him on the phone. I then had her invite him over. I have the InSiminator, so I moved him into the house and they got married after the baby was born.

He is still listed as a Freshman, and still has the option of the college on the computer and phone. But only the option to change his major, not to drop out. And he won't go to work while in college. He just hangs around the house.

Any way to get him to be not a student and be a regular "joe" to start working?

BTW, I have not went to the campus yet to see if he is still there also.

Have you tried using the insiminator to age him to adult?

No! Noooooo! Don't do that! Technically a Young Adult is already an adult, and aging him/her will change them to elders. What I'd recommend is using the inSIMenator to first age him back to a teenager, and THEN aging him to adult. Good luck......

Thanks ilikefishfood , i forget not everyone uses insiminator all the time. Mine do that, and I age them back to adult. I think I like the teen idea better, hate seeing them as elders.
