There is a .sims2pack file in the .rar file. Download a .rar extractor and be done with it.

i LOVE it but im afraid i cant download it because when i enter big huge houses they run really slow and it TAKES FOREVER lol urrrgg its soo annoying and i have a pretty fast comp as it is
