Hi fellow simmers! When I package a sim in bodyshop, and share it with someone else, i notice that some of the meshes, like a costum hairmesh, are not included. How do I include them in the package? It can be done, just take a look at all the packaged sims here at the downloads... all with meshes... sigh... |

Please visit WickedNoukFamily Forum for my creations. Can't take requests, I'm completely swamped with unfinished projects! :O |

Do you have a link to an example? As far as I know, meshes can't be packaged when you package a Sim from Body Shop. That's why you have to link to the mesh for others to download so the recolor will work in your game. Also, none of our Sims in our Downloads section have meshes included. They're linked to in the post. It's a requirement so that the creator doesn't get any flack from the other creator saying that their stuff is being redistributed without permission. Also, if you add the mesh, it wasn't added with Body Shop. It was added with Clean Installer. Edit: Meshes could be added if you are in the game itself and packaged the Sim with an empty lot, I *think*. You can remove the lot and leave the Sim. Then you have repackage using Clean Installer. Either way it's not wise to redistribute meshes without the creator's permission. Just tell your friend to download the original mesh. |

Okay thank you very much for your answer! But now i have no idea what mesh belongs to the hair, and I forgot where I dowloaded the whole thing :S Guess it's bad luck for my friend ![]() And they weren't included in the simpack, I was wrong. They were included in the .rar file :S dumb me ![]() You can find those meshes under the anime sims for example, but it's no use going there anymore
