My sims 2 game has been running perfectly for ages, but about a month ago I started up the sims. I got onto the neighbourhood fine. I started loading up a house and after about a while it just froze(the music was still playing, but the game crashed!?)! I've tried loading CAS, Unoccupied houses, community lots and university lots but exactly the same happens!

I download a lot of hacks and new content, so I could have a virus?

Please help (imagine not being able to play the sims for A MONTH!) :confused:
