I don't think you could unless you had a floppy with a lot of data then it would be possible, but floppy disks can exceed 1.44 MB or the others tat cost $14 dollars which can hold 3-4 MB. Hope that explained it.

Aye, Henry... *shakes head*

Dell, take a look at this FAQ:

http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=57339

Laptops have hard drives. You are probably saying that it doesn't have a floppy drive. You can't copy it to a floppy drive. You either need to network the two pcs together or just burn your Saved Games folder (which is The Sims 2 folder in My Documents) to a blank CD or DVD. That's how you do it.

Also, CDs hold up to 700MBs and DVDs hold up to 4+ GBs of data.

View My Journal

just a quick suggestion if you dont mind alot of work, What I did when I got a new computer, was to set up my email account on the new one... I went on the old, compressed my files and sent myself a few at a time, whatever my mail could hold. Then logged in on the new computer and grabbed them from my inbox. Its a pain trust me but If you have drive problems its easy to do.
