Do you mean adult clothes work for young adults?

I myself am a bit confused. All original TS2 clothing should work just fine in University.

Obviously, only for the intended age/gender they were created for. Adult TS2 clothes work on Adult sims, Teen TS2 clothes work on Teen sims.

The above should be true regardless of whether or not you use Uni.

Young adults, which didn't exist in TS2 need their own clothes. Any sim who's attending University (actually in school, not just any sim in a Uni enabled game) will always be a Young Adult. For those, you need new clothes. Some came with Uni EP, some are available for download (here and elsewhere), and there's a tutorial on how to make adult clothes work on them as well if you dig around a bit.

Hope that helps answer your question..

If you download clothes for TS2 and they don't work AT ALL in University, you're not installing them properly.

You can either put everything in the Downloads folder (C:\Doccuments and Settings\*Name*\My Doccuments\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads)

OR: If you wish to separate things a bit (many do), then MESHES can go in Downloads, or a sub-folder of downloads, while the clothing (recolors) can go in either Downloads, or in Saved Sims.

Still not completely certain what you're asking, but I'm trying. :D
