[edit]
And another problem, I tried making one again, here it is:

Do you mean how to make a waterslide? Because Numenor made a waterfall (well, Maxis made it but forgot to put it in the catalog so Numenor found it and put it in the catalog) if you want it.

Sometimes if your game totally runs out of memory (like mine does) the cursors start acting up or becomes unusable. I can always tell because the "tilt camera" cursor sticks so that it's always on and I have to press "ctrl" to turn it off.

My best advice is to restart your computer and try again.

If I am totally missing your point, and you're looking for a waterfall then Numenor has supplied the "Maxis lost & found" one:

Looks like you made a waterfall just fine; but the water isn't rendering. Graphics card problem?

See how the sheered surface of your terrain is? That is exactly how it is supposed to be. If it was done wrong then the lvl surface at the top of your waterfall wouldn't have remained.

I can't do one either, and I know its not my computer or graphics card. It is possible that it worked in the original and maybe even EP 1 and doesn't with EP 2 - I've got all of them.

I never got it to work with uni or nl.
I have 1 gb ram and an ati Radeon 9200Pro graphics card.

What knid of graphics card do you have?
Did you keep the one that came with the computer. Normally the ones that came with your computer (if you bought a dell, gateway, or other standard home computer) they are not very good; they are just chipsets.
Do you have any other problems with graphcis?
