Now im not sure if University is causing this but it seems like none of my sims in Pleasantview age, now i tried killing them off and resurrecting them with the phone that lets you contact the grim reaper, and then they aged. But i dont feel like killing off my whole neighborhood then bringing them back. Does anyone know what can be causing this? Seriously, and now they cant have children because they dont age. I will really appreciate anyones help. Thanks |

Do any of them live on 2x2 lots? Also make sure "aging on" is enabled in the cheat window. It tends to stick with lots once it's been turned off. |

No they live on fairly sized houses. For example one of the families is the Pleasants, now i was playing them yesterday, and i was playing them for a very long time, and relized i never heard that sound it makes when they age. So I assumed, that the cheat aging was off. so i put in aging off. They I was trying to see whether it worked but it didn't. They stayed the same age. I was also wandering if like the Cowplant Milk, or That life rejuevinator drink can have somethiing to do with this? |

hazard04, you want "aging on", not off if you want them to age. |

I'm having the exact same problem. It's just on one lot in Pleasantville, all the others are aging. I've typed "aging on" from the neighbourhood window and from the actual lot, nothing seems to work. I can turn it on and off in all other lots with no problems I haven't installed any new hacks in a few months. I'd planned on scrapping everything and starting over when I get Nightlife, but I'd like to find out what happened. |

You could try deleting them so they 'reset', then either reload the lot or use the Inseminator 'Restore Family' function if you have it. Deleting them often sorts out glitches and things like this. |

I found out what my problem was. I had copied the house from university to Pleasantview, apparently that stops them from aging. I moved them into a new house and they are aging now. Too bad, I really liked the house |

You could use my hacked birthday cake if nothing else works. It will let you birthday them up to the age they should be at. |
