Help - New Object Texture Map #1 |

I'm new -- and confused. I've successfully made new object meshes with texture maps before, but they all used the same size texture map. (Basically, I've done the "start to finish" tutorial on this site a bunch of times.) But now... I have a more complex mesh and no idea how to get the texture to work. I need a different size for the texture image and I need my UVMap from UVmapper to work. I'm not sure I'm actually importing the new map. I know the mesh is getting important and I have the image being imported, but they don't talk to each other. It always previews as a default gray/white. What am I doing wrong? Could it be my mesh or my map or me?? Any help would be most helpful. Thanks. -vc |

It is probably the groups names don't match the names in shape |
