I've got the EP installed and I build alot and upload to the residential area.

I've had someone PM me asking if I can build one of my houses so that it is Non EP so that they can download and play it.

How do I do this? I can't load my game without the EP, unless I uninstall it (which I'm not prepared to do!)

Is there anyway I can make my lots available for all and not just EP.

Is any lot built using the EP just for EP only??

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I think you can make it non EP by using non EP items, wallpaper and flooring, objects? etc..

Homecrafter items work with all EPs. You will have to find out what objects are EP ready or EP specific by going through what you have. If you have EP ready objects, those who don't have University or Nightlife will be able to play the game. Also, if you build your lot using the 45 degree angle cheat, that will only work with Uni. So you can't use that cheat if you want to share it with someone who doesn't have Uni.

You can also move your Downloads folder to your desktop before packaging the lot. Or package the lot and then use Clean Installer to take out all the custom content and leave the "lot catalog" file in there alone.

You also shouldn't add more floors than the original had.

So if I use the Clean Installer and remove all content apart from the LOT file it will work for non EP?
