in NL i have managed to make a small hotel which works ok, townies visit, your sims can stay over etc. its uploaded in the community section.
what i am trying to do now is make a flat above a shop which is easy enough till it comes to the kitchen facilities....i can't get the fridge and stoves to work. i don't really want to set up a restaurant in a home
Anyone any ideas please?


edit: i'm actually semi-abandoning this project for the time being. aside from the appliances not working downtown, there are other difficulties in combining residential and community elements, such as careers, school etc. i'll keep thinking though
