Thank you for this mod @bjnicol. I had no idea my mod modthesims.info/download.php?t=604352 was not working properly. I always check to see if the tuning files change after every update and I am very fast to update where necessary. I must have missed this somewhere. Anyway, I didn't spot it was broken. So thanks for the new mod.

Oh my, you are so very welcome. There were just so many requests for it and there didn't seem to be an idea when you would update it. I am glad you're not upset I did one. I didn't copy your work, but I did use it as a guideline as to what to look for. Thank you for your kind comment. And please feel free to take it and make it yours if you want. I am not really a modder; this was just out of necessity :-)

Thank you.

I just wanted to say that Cyclelegs' mod isn't actually broken, it's still working exactly as it always has, at least for me. That said, I'm going to download yours anyway and give it a try. Who knows, I might even like yours more. So thank you.

I really didn't mean to step on anybody's toes. I tried it in my game and it didn't seem to work and that was the consensus in the latest posts on his thread. I just wanted to make one for myself and it seemed to be needed by others as well. I'm sorry if I did step on anyone's toes. But I did not copy his work. I changed different values and did my own changes after studying his. He said he didn't mind. So I hope it's ok.

My gosh, I'm so sorry. I truly did not mean to upset or offend you, I was just adding my experience with CL's original mod. I did download yours and it works very well so far (she's only had one meal for now haha), so I'll be keeping it in. It's a good mod. Again, sorry to have upset you.

it seems good, the fact that the sims are looking at the ceiling to see eating the meal always bothered me, I'll test, sorry my English, I'm Brazilian.

Thank you for updating this mod. I'll admit I would fast forward through meal time to get it over with or just use MCCC to avoid eating at all. This should give me a little more patience for my sims so they can actually eat! Thanks again!

You're welcome. It has helped me feel like my game is "normal" again. I can let my Sims eat and not worry about how long it will take them.

Bless. I'm binge-playing an overstuffed household with 2 adult vampires, 6 children, and 10 toddlers (side note: this started as an experiment in how much my PC could handle, good so far considering how many additional mods I run it with, started having lag issues around 14 sims, but after running it through a game booster, back to smooth sailing, going to see if I can cap it up to the 25 max allowed w/ MCCC--bless this machine), since I play big households and complicated stories, I often use MCCC to adjust game time to run slower for the sake of managing all these sims without having to constantly pause to queue actions, usually lets you do more things within the day, but since some tasks run on sim time those tasks end up taking even longer in real time. EATING IS THE WORST!! The adults can just chill with their plasma packs or snag a random passerby, but if you're feeding 16 kiddos you've got to do it all at once, forget high chairs, toddlers eat on the couch in front of the TV (within view of the dining tables which I try to get the kids to use) just make two meals and call everyone to dinner. I'm literally just sitting here staring at 14 sims eating, talking, and watching TV for what feels like forever trying to make sure mom and dad don't stray too far off so they can be ready to take care of tots other needs once the endless eating has ceased... Hopefully this helps.

@tyrianprince ... LOL and good luck! Cheers for being so adventurous in your Sims gaming experience. I would NEVER attempt what you are doing. But to each his/her own! I am positive this will help with your slow eating situation. Happy gaming.
