I have already posted on here before. When I play my sims 2 it seems that when I hit the final step to create a sim, adopt, or have a baby or change appearance in some mirrors, my cpu shuts down and does a siren noise, :alarm: :!: I then have to manually shut it off and restart. Reccomendations were, its not too hot, the temp is fine, I replaced my power supply, (witha better one) and now????? It still happens, all my video drivers are updated, everything in this site that possibly sort of is like my problem I have done. HELP PLEASE!!!!!! :anime: :anime: :anime:

Can you tell exactly what the error message is, by checking your system log files perhaps? Is there a mainboard utility which can tell you what is going on? You say that this is a CPU message; I think it's more likely to be a fan error, voltage error or a temperature error. You need to find out what the error is before you can deal with it.
