I dont know if this can be done, or if Im even allowed to do this to someone elses work but I have to ask....
I just subscribed to www.eclectic-sims.com and I downloaded the exersaucer and rocking horse for the toddlers. When you put the toddlers in it it makes ALL their needs go up. I would rather only have their fun go up. Is there any way I can do this? Im not very good with computer stuff but I can follow directions. Am I even allowed to change it since its not my creation? If anyone can help I would appreciate it!

If you were going to do it, you would only be allowed to change it for your own personal use on your own computer, never to be distributed to anyone else.
Actually changing the needs that change on a sim is not exactly an easy process, and if you're not technically inclined and not already successfully using SimPE to modify BHAVs (i.e. the programming for hacks and hacked objects) then I think it might be a bit beyond you at the moment. However, if you're really curious there's a tutorial by Echo on making your first custom BHAV that would be a start. Search her username here.

Okay thank you! I will do that. I have used simpe a few times but nothing too complicated yet...I might be able to figure it out. I would not redistribute...Heck I wouldnt even know how LOL. Thank you and I will check that tutorial out :)

Okay thats a bit confusing for me. It tells you how to make your own but not how to change one thats already made. Are there any tutorials on just how to change small stuff on an already made object..I keep looking but im not getting anywhere...Thanks

Keep searching the modding section and you can post specific questions there to get more help. Good luck.
