Anyone have these problems?

Hi there!
I hope someone can tell me how to fix these annoying things...when I hire a nanny she stays in the kitchen drinking coffee one after another until she pees on herself not going to the bathroom and not caring about the child.After peeing and smelling she continues to drink coffee like nothing happened.Dont have hacks,the coffeemachine is the maxis one.
Another big problem is that my pets and owners cant go to work.The car arrives but keeps just arriving over and over for hours without stopping and taking people on board.Then they loose the work...
And these started to happen after installing the pets.

as for the nanny problem - sorry nannies are just stupid. it's bad game coding. you can take a look at the content list for ideas of the hacks and mods out there to help ease the burden.

After taking a deeper look found a bad career file in my downloads folder which seemed to cause the carproblem because now being removed sims and pets go to work normally again...

Dont have hacks,the coffeemachine is the maxis one.
For future reference, careers are really hacks.
If you don't have other mods, those are the first you should check if you have problems.
