Not enough information to analyze.

How are you getting the program from MilkShape to the game?

I get the program from SIMPE,Extract simpe, and replace, You must enter the game that can see the mesh is broken ,only open the bodyshop, the mesh is up to snuff, not broken. Is it you want to know?My English is not very well.

For one, you are using an older version of the UniMesh plugins. Get the latest set here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=122399

Secondly, you have underweighted vertices, which may well be the display problem. Fix this by using the "Sims2 UniMesh Fix Underweighted Bones" plugin.

Lastly, some people have had help for smoothing the seams by using the demon plugins posted here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=139859

You generally don't want to use weld on clothing meshes - if you need to fix a seam, Snap Together plus using the same bone assignments and Align Normals (or this (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=227858), depending on exactly what you're doing) is the right way to do it. I'd be surprised if welding created the effect you're getting, but either way, it can cause issues and there are better, gentler methods.

The pics are censored, and show your nice work off. They should be fine.
The package was adult, and this particular message board has no adult section for a reason.
