Seperating Top From Outfit?

Hey guys! I was looking around for a tutorial on this, but haven't had any luck.
Does anyone know how to separate tops from bottoms?

For instance, I really like this shirt and would like to use it by itself.
Is there a way to separate the shirt from the bottoms, as well as make the shirt untuckable?

See there. Easiest thing to do would be to stick it on an existing untuckable top - either mine for adults, or I think Migamoo is the one who made the one for teens.
