Marvine and Beosboxboy at InSiminator have made clothing and skins for body builders.
Are you asking about making clothing or about making a shower proof skin?
For clothing, try reading the recoloring tutorials in the Create, BodyShop Recoloring section of MTS2. For showerproof skins, read the BodyShop meshing tutorials. If you have never meshed, start with the Unimesh 1 and 2 tutorials.
Go to the top of the screen, click the Create menu, click Tutorials.
