SimPE help

I am new at SimPe and been experimenting with Meshes.

I have been modifing some of other peoples meshes (just to experiment with before I attempt my own) but am stuck on how to change the Catalog Descriptions.

I can change the Catalog Description in SimPe, but in game, it still has the original description, and i go back into SimPe and its still what I changed.

Is there anywhere else that has a description too, I been through some of the Docs for it, but its very confusing for first time user.

Any help would be great.

This is really a question that would be more suitable in the meshing forum, where experienced users can help you. I think you should also be able to find some good tutorials.

However, I can tell you that in general whenever you want to edit a string (for example a description) you need to be aware that there is a version of that string for every country in the world, so if you only edit the American string, and you play in France, you will see the original French string in your game, not the American one you edited :)

I havent seen where other languages are.

There is a sideways scroll arrow thingy above where you type in the new strings. Or you can use the "default language only" button which will wipe out all the other languages and therefore what you type into the American slot will be used in your game, because it is the default.
