Ghost skirt

So the random clothes my sim came in included this skirt:

I don't remember downloading this skirt, but it sure is a great one, isn't it? The only thing is, it's not in my catalog or my downloads, so I'm afraid that if I don't use it, I'll lose it. It really did just show up, its very weird.
Anyone know who made the skirt? Maybe I can download it for real.
