Body shop features

Hi,
I noticed that there are alot of features for face mechanics in bodyshop that do not show up in CAS in game. Is there any way to get them in CAS?

As far as I know, not really.

I haven't seen threads with research on the topic. The contrasting appearance of CC and Sims in Bodyshop versus within CAS has been a gripe for many creators since the beginning. Unfortunately, it is likely hard-coded and thus not easily done.

Tweak in Bodyshop, load up the game, and repeat as necessary.
