I don't know if this is in the right thread, and if not, could someone please help me out regardless?
I recently just got The Sims 3 and I downloaded some custom content. I extracted the .zip files into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages as .package, but it didn't work! I then put the files into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads and they show up on the Game Launcher menu under Downloads and I can check the boxes to select them, but I can't install them!
What am I doing wrong or not doing at all? I've read these walkthroughs on how how to go about fixing things, but none of them have worked correctly! I would greatly appreciate some help.
