Ok, so I decided that I should share one of my home-made lots that I currently very much enjoy playing with (so it has been play-tested lol). That being so, I also stripped it of most CC as possible without ruining the effect, and redecorated it with furniture from the various EPs.

Though although I do enjoy it as it is, I figured I would still ask for feedback here to see if I should change some things before uploading it. So here are a few pics (hopefully the attachments will work, this is my first try).

In the living room, the sofa is squashed into the corner, creating a expanse of empty space in the middle. Other then that, I think it's great.

Yeah, that's the main flaw of this layout. Although it leaves room for party gathering, but I was thinking of perhaps making the bathroom there bigger, or just adding a second small bathroom.

Well, two things livingroom and terrain.Your living room is vast and empty, if i were you i would separate the living room from the stairs hall with a wall and i would put an arch so that it not seems as a closed place. Why don't you decorate it a bit more? And i suggest you to change the tiles and the wall color. As for the terrain, it's appropriate for this house style but green also fits good.

I agree with the above comments, otherwise, I think this is wonderful, you're quite talented.

I think putting the large square fish tank from apartment life in the center would fix the space issue, and for an added affect you could add another couch around it facing out. kinda like this really bad photoshop drawing:

I love the house.

Uuuh, cool. I like fish tanks in the center of a house. I use this tank often but usually I have no space in my houses.

you could always put lastrie's aqua wall in the living room, it will take up some of that exess space and look wonderfull with the colours you have in there...I think....then again, I think this aqua wall is great ANYWHERE

I think the biggest problem is the wall on the right side of the house. The fence-wall. The rest of the house seems to have a white-blue color scheme, so the yellow and green looks very awkward and out of place. Other than that, very nice house!

I'm still thinking that your house needs colors..Just my personal opinion as my eyes like colors and i would be more likely to download a colorful lot rather than a high class but ''cloudy'' lot. Then, i think that a little decoration in the garage would be nice as it is very chic nowadays.
