Hello,

I've tried using SP3E using this tutorial: http://club-crimsyn.dreamwidth.org/28336.html

When I select around 100 packages and open them in S3PE something weird occurs. When I select all the files in SP3E it says it's over 4000! How is this possible? I have 700 packages and I merged them into 7 packages but only a few objects show up in the game.

Also, I used Sims 3 Dashboard to see if there are corrupted files. There are no corrupted files but half of the packages are shown orange, which means they interfere with other packages. I got all the downloads from The Sims Resource and I paid for them :( Can somebody please help me?

1) ready the sticky, they moved S3PI support to another forum.

2 You may have only have selected 100 package, but each package contain's many files in it.
The file list S3PE gave you was the contents of the package files, not a list of the packages themselves.

We (s3pe developers) don't support this feature directly. You have to get support from the author of the tutorial or other people who are using the feature.

Uhm, if 100 packages gives you 4000files then its arround 40 files per package wich is normal.
To avoid errors you often need to delete the xml files and duplicates
