Do you mean collect the weekly money you get from buying a share in a business, like the bookstore? If so you wait a week and then click on the store and you should get an option to 'collect $??? ' however much money you get. I can't remember which day of the week it becomes payable , might be wednesday, but anyway you can only collect it once a week.

I think they're asking if there is a way to collect it all at once - ie. collecting money from multiple shares at the same time. :) I don't think there is a way in-game, but if you ask in WCIF (<link) someone might be able to point you in the right direction. :)
