Where does Sims3 store lot files?

I want to make a Sims3 houses site but can't figure out where Sims3 stores the lot files so I can share my homes. I don't wanna hafta upload them to the exchange. Please help. :)

Packaged lots are saved to the Exports folder, which is located in My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Exports
