Can I restore a deleted file?

Hi all,
yestarday morning,I accidentaly deleted a file from the recycle bin :faceslap: .

Is it possible to find this file and restore it?

If I need to run a Command Window please give me instructions,as I don't know how to use it!

You'll have to find a program. I don't know of any free programs that work. Also, it may or may not be recoverable even with a good pay program.

Also, the more that you use your computer, the less likely that the file will be recoverable.
