Can I make a mesh appear for both teen and adult?

I am editing the medieval black and red dress, but it only shows up for adult, young adult and elder.
Is there a way to make it appear for teen too?
In SimPE, in 3DIR, under category, there's Age=Adult, Elder, YoungAdult. Is it where I'll have to change something?

But I'll have to adjust the mesh to fit teens, won't I?

You'll have to do a separate mesh and recolour file to fit teens. Clone from a teen outfit, adjust the mesh to fit teens and link it to the cloned teen outfit, and use the ya/a/e textures.
