I have been trying to find a Arnold Sim but can't seem to find one. So I decided to try and make one myself.
This is my first attempt. I appreciate any suggestions to get it looking closer to the real thing.
Please note I am trying to create the yonger Schwarzenegger as the Terminator.

He needs:
~ A larger forehead.
~ Eyebrows needs to be more flat and closer to his eyes.
~ Eye apex needs to go here --> and eye shape needs to be decreased.
~ Upper lip needs to be thinner and bottom lip needs to be thicker.
~ Eyes closer together.
~ Septum height up.
~ Jawline height up. Chin needs to go up too and needs a little cleft.
~ His jaw needs to be more defined. (Pull Jaw Shape slider going <---)
~ Plumper cheekbones and cheekbone height up.
~ Skin needs to be tanner. Like, orange tan.
~ Mouth height needs to go down a bit.
~ His chin is looking too flat. Chin needs depth!
~ Nose needs a little bump on the bridge. (Bridge rotate then just adjust the Bridge Depth)
~ Hair needs to be more hazel brown.
~ Neck thicker a bit.
I can't see his nose clearly from the front profile. Maybe pick a cleaner comparison picture so we can see clearly all his facial features. I hate that damn lighting.
Good start.

Oooh, I'm glad someone's doing Arnie, especially the Terminator version! He'll need a bit of work to get him recognisable, and you need some better profile pics for the shape of his nose and chin from the side - hope this will help a bit, it's always hard to find good full profile pics of celebrities:
http://thumbs2.modthesims2.com/img/3/1/6/9/9/6/3/MTS_EsmeraldaF-1269805-arnieprofiles.jpg
You've been given a big list of tips above, so I'll wait until your next version to give more suggestions, but what stands out for me so far is that his eyes need to be smaller and closer together, eye apex needs to be centred rather than towards the outer corners, eyebrows need to be lower and straighter with no arch, upper lip needs to be narrower from top to bottom (less tall).
It looks like his jaw and chin need work but your front-face pic is not very clear, the sim's face is in too much shadow and it's hard to see the shape of his chin/jaw, and the shape of his nose too - can you add more lighting in front of the sim, including a floor lamp? From the side, his nose is too pointy and too turned-up, and his jaw needs to come forward a little - Arnie has a bit of an underbite(?), his lower lip sits further forward than his upper lip.
Looking forward to the next version!

Thanks EsmeraldaF for the reference picture. For someone who is as famous as Arnold, you will think it is lot easier to find photo of him.
Changes made:
1. Mess around with the face a bit more. Getting closer?

Good! He's slightly improving.. ;)
~ He needs a larger forehead and add depth to it.
~ Bring down the corners of his brows. It needs to be flat and rotated a bit more to it's outer corners/
~ Nostril height needs to go down. He needs a much more thinner and defined nose. Try to put a bump on the bridge and just make the nose tip big.
~ Eyes need to be squintier a tad more. Rotate it just a little bit. They need to be closer as well.
~ His hair needs a darker color.
~ Chin needs to go up just a TINY BIT! Also the depth needs to be toned down a tad.
~ Upper lip thinner.
~ Lower lip less width.
He's looking good. Keep it up. He's getting there in my opinion.

Changes made:
1) change skin
2) apply very light makeup
3) make minor alteration to eye, noise, mouth, and chin
Also what is the rule about using face masks? I know back in Sim2 just about every Celebrities sims use face masks or custom skins. I am wondering why not many people seem to use them in Sim 3?
I think I need to create a brush or a face mask to get the face details right for this sim
Also is there a slider out there that will make the forehead stick out a little?
Any advices on how to get this closer will be appreciative. :lovestruc

Important- you did make him as an adult right? Not a young adult? Sims faces cahnge slightly when they age, and at the adult tage they also show slight sign of aging. Your arnie is looking a bit too young. And if you read the creator guidelines, HP mentions facemasks, and why they're not used or really tolerated anymore. I wouldn't adive making a mask, but if you wanted, look on MTS for some age detailing, or make your own.
His nose needs a bit of a bump. Do this by increasing bridge rotation and bridge depth by a little.
Increase the width by a lot on his upper lip to get that stretched across look, as they're looking a bit tight. I would also increase the width on the lower lip too, as it's too pointed.
His eyes apex is on the wrong side. The upper apex should be close to his inner eye. If you have the eye stretch slider, reduce the stretch too.

He's coming along much better! Not quite seeing Arnie in him just yet, but he's starting to take shape along those lines. In the profile pic, his chin sticks out way too far forward, needs to be brought backwards some, and his lower lip looks weird, like it's just sort of hanging off his face, maybe the Underlip Slider needs to be pulled forward somewhat. His nose tip is too turned-up and the nose bridge needs to be adjusted to come out more so that his nose looks more straight rather than the 'ski-jump' sort of shape it has to it at the moment.
From the front, his jaw height needs to come down a little, eyes need to be a little smaller and eyebrows need to be lighter, bottom lip needs to be a tiny bit rounder (less V-shaped) and a little narrower width-wise. In the split pic, the pic of Arnie that you're using is smaller than the pic of the sim, so it's not giving a true sense of proportion, so that may be throwing you off somewhat.
Re face masks, I don't think there's a specific rule, unnecessary use of them tends to be frowned upon for TS3 because a lot of the time you can get a good resemblance with just tweaking, but sometimes you need one in order to get specific details you can't get with a face sculpt - I've used them on several of my sims to add features such as unusual eyes and/or face markings for Sci-Fi or fantasy sims, but also sometimes for a specific beard, wrinkles or skin contouring that the character just doesn't look right without and that can't be accomplished otherwise. The most important thing is to get the face sculpt right first, and then if a mask is necessary, it's the 'icing on the cake' rather than the main issue.
Looking forward to further progress!

Thank you very much for the feedback :Pint:
Changes made:
MzzUnvrz - aged him to adult and the face go wonkee so have to re-adjusted it all. He is now an adult. Adjusted eye, noise, mouth as suggested.
EsmeraldaF - adjust the chin, lips, noise as suggested.
Still looking for a slider to make the forehead stick out a little.
Try to find some better makeup but it seems most makeups are for female and not for male in mind. Particular I am try to give him a more a more masculine face. Something to highlight the forehead, more define jawline and ching

His profile pic is actually looking pretty good now. From the front, his eyes are a little too big and his chin/jaw area are off: the sim's jaw is too high and narrow, and his chin is too long. He needs his jaw lowered and then his chin (and mouth) brought up to where it was before lowering the jaw, and his jaw made wider. Arnie's face is more of a long rectangle shape and quite 'square jawed', rather than a triangular shape as your sim's face currently is. I think if you get the jaw/chin right, he'll start to take on a notable resemblance.

Lips need more definition to get that dip at the middle of the upper lip. His upper lip also needs be be a lot less thick.
His upper eye apex still need to come to the inner corner. In general, I think his eyes need to be smaller, so perhaps reduce the scale a bit.

Thanks for all the feedback. :lovestruc I think we are getting closer now :anime: Still not 100% yet :bunny: Please help to get this sim to at least 90% :heyhey:
Changes made:
1) Change makeup to: Face contouring and defining makeup by Arisuka (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=416152)
2) Adjust chin and jaw as suggested by EsmeraldaF
3) adjust eye, upper lips as suggested by MzzUnvrz
Will be making a face mask for the Terminator robot look next. :bunny: May also investigate on how to make a better manly brush. :D

His jaw is looking nice and manly now ;)
Reduce chin width.
Increase nose scale a little, and also nose mass. His nose looks big on the front, but is actually averagely sized on the side.
Lower his eye height a bit. His eyes need to be smaller still! Smaller, and less wide.
His eyebrows should be olgihter. Like, a desaturated auburn.
Again, reduce mouth definition, reduce upper shape and thickness, and greatly increase the upper and lower width. Don't be afraid to make more extreme changes, you can always undo. :)

Not sure what olgihter means. Can't find it in the dictionary :report:
I know the face mask isn't quite right yet. Gimp just refused to work today. :faceslap:

Looking better! I think the face and jaw are a bit too wide now. Chin is a little long. Eye needs to be "squintier" (more closed / narrow) at the outer corner. Eyes a little closer together. Pull the lowest part of the bottom lid under the pupil, if you can. Upper lip thinner, if possible., and lower lip thicker top to bottom. Cheekbones up a bit. Nasal bridge down and a bit more indented. Good work!
