Mod for selling puppies and kittens?

I have search.. ALOT! And can't find anything :(
I had heard that Twallan had created a mod named "The register" But cant find :(
Does anyone know if there is a mod for selling puppies and kittens?
Or could something genius create one :D?

Please... No comments as "It is sick/evil/blah blah to sell puppies and kittens.. In real life they need to put them down blah blah"
Yes, its horrible.. I hate it.. I love animals.. But seriously this is a GAME not real life.. in fact its already sick you can kill sims.. So please, no such comments.
