Long wavy hair with straight/even bangs and the same hair volume in bangs. There's a similar hair for The Sims 3 created by Cazy but I don't think she has plans of recreating it in Sims 2.

I like Cazy's hair better though, maybe I could modify Raon's mesh a bit.
