No Z Translation for shelving slot (solved)

I'm making a shelving unit and I have been able to do everything else but when i went to test it out the slot and footprint is all messed. Being new to object creation I started to go about searching how to fix the slots and found a very easy to understand tutorial. However there is not a spot for a z translation in the spot that there should be. I really need to raise the bottom slot, currently all objects on the bottom shelf are sitting so low they are pretty much on the ground. I would really appreciate some advice, help, or suggestions.

Actually, the whole lower row of fields is missing, which makes me think that it's there it's just not shown. Try to maximize the SimPE window, or increase the height of the lower part of the window by dragging the border that is just above 'Plugin View' at mid-height of the application window.
