Deleting old Bodyshop projects

Hiya everyone :)

I have made lots of clothes using Bodyshop lately (on it's own, no graphics programs), and I was just wondering if I can safely delete the old project files?

I renamed a lot of them in EA Games/The Sims 2/Projects and now I can't delete them from Bodyshop as they don't show up anymore.

Does anyone know the best way to do it? I don't want to cause problems in my game.

Bodyshop Mechanic should allow you to delete them. :)
