I started up my game and when I loaded my family I couldn't select anyone or anything

I get a weird message sayig:

"Attention property owners! Ownership has been upgraded to the digital age. All deeds held by sims have been reclaimed by the city and sims can now managetheir properties via the phone or computer with new enhanced options."

Anyone know what this is about?

I have 59 mods 90% are from Nraas.

It's just a notice every player gets to inform them that the 'old system' of in-game deeds and title to lots being inventory items has been changed. The deeds are no longer items and are managed through a computer or via a sims phone.

It's from an EA patch I think.

I believe it's from Ambitions.

Basically, if you owned a rabbithole business or other non-residential lot, you used to have to manage ownership of it and collect income from it through a physical item in the sim's inventory which looked a bit like a diploma if I recall correctly. Around the Ambitions expac or so they changed it so you can just make a call over the phone and it opens up a popup menu to manage properties.

I have Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night,Pets and Showtime(Not Katu Perry Edition)

I still can't click any sim/object/lot it's like no one lives in my neighborhood anymore, but I still see my sims in my active house stuck playing pool, but when I go to edit town all my houses appear to be empty, but like I said before sims are still visibly living in houses, I cant click one them or make them active

Sounds like you've just updated your game, either by installing a patch or a new expansion pack and some of your mods are outdated.
