Is there a mod to make inventing kids less screechy?

I love that kids can use the scraptronic bench. BUT I really hate listening to them using it. It would be OK if every now and then they did that whiny "OW!" or only when they were low level. But they seem to do it every 2 - 3 sim minutes. It gets to the point where I want those annoying little inventors to burn to death when they catch on fire -- except that they whine when they are on fire and then their ghosts whine for eternity.


Has anyone seen a less whiny inventor's booth mod?

Now you know what I think of them ALL THE TIME. It's like the saying goes about "seen and not heard", except, honestly, I don't like seeing them, either. Children are like mudcrabs: Horrible creatures, avoid them whenever you can.
